Maximilien Pellegrini will report to Daniel Derichebourg, Chief Executive Officer of Elior Group, and will join the Group's Executive Committee. He will officially assume his new role on 10 May 2024.

He succeeds Olivier Poirot who has decided not to renew his contract after five years with the company. Poirot will continue to lead the North American subsidiary of Elior Group until 10 May 2024.
