its foothold in the Education market as well as its presence on the East Coast of the United
States. In addition, Elior Group reaffirms its presence in India, with renewed focus on the
premium Business & Industry market, offering strong potential for development.

Cater To You Food Service joins Elior North America

Elior North America announces the acquisition of Cater To You Food Service, a company
known for its premium catering in the New York metropolitan area. Cater To You Food Service
serves more than 14,000 students daily in private schools across Greater New York (including
New Jersey), providing exceptional food services thanks to a team of highly talented chefs.
This acquisition strengthens Elior Group's presence in the American Education market and
complements its existing brand portfolio: K-12 by Elior, Lexington Independents, and Aladdin
Campus Dining. It also increases Elior Group's foothold on the East Coast, where it is already
present in the Business & Industry market with Constellation Culinary Group and Abigail
Kirsch.
Once integrated into Elior North America, Cater To You Food Service will contribute to
securing Elior Group's strong long-term organic growth potential in North America.

In August 2023, Daniel Derichebourg, Chairman and CEO of Elior Group, visited the teams at
Elior India, the leader in premium corporate catering in India. Elior India has more than 1,700
employees and serves 50,000 meals daily. This visit reflects the Group's determination to
