This approach aims not only to promote food produced by an agricultural system that respects the environment (rotation and diversity of crops, rational use of pesticides and fertilizers, etc.) but also to contribute, in a sustainable way, to the economic vitality of the territories where Elior Group operates, and is closer to our customers and guests.
