From a family of rugby players, from 2000 to 2007 while still a student Simon Pebeyre pursued a career in rugby. In 2005 he joined Derichebourg Propreté in its Key Accounts Sales Management division and enjoyed a high degree of commercial success in the airport sector.

In September 2006 he was transferred to a more operational position and took over the management of the Montpelier agency, where in six years he tripled the agency's turnover.

Then, in September 2013, he was promoted to the post of Regional Manager for the South-West Region. In three years he was remarkably successful in increasing the region's turnover and provided dynamism and impetus for organic growth. In 2018 Simon PEBEYRE became Chief Executive Officer of DERICHEBOURG Propreté and then, in 2020 took over executive management of DERICHEBOURG FM, DERICHEBOURG Accueil and DERICHEBOURG Technologies. In 2023, with the merger of Elior Group and Derichebourg Multiservices, he was also appointed Chief Executive Officer of Elior Services.
