Maximilien Pellegrini built his career in the field of business services and environmental services, particularly at SUEZ, which he joined in 2001. His career has been marked by significant roles, including that of Chief Financial Officer, then General Manager of the Iberia-Africa Construction activities, and later of the group's industrial activities in the United States.
He returned to France in 2017 to take on key positions, first as CEO of the Water activities, then CEO of France for Water and Waste Recycling and Recovery activities, and finally as Deputy CEO of the "new" SUEZ until 2023.
In the spring of 2024, he returned to the United States to take up the position of CEO of Elior North America. In this new role, his skills in business development and organizational transformation are considered major assets to help the American subsidiary achieve its objectives.
