Stéphanie Sabau Gaye is an experienced executive with over 20 years of expertise in human resources, transition management, and organizational transformation. Since 2025, she has been the General Manager of Derichebourg Intérim et Recrutement, where she oversees the company's strategy and operations.

Previously, she held key roles at The Adecco Group, serving as VP Operations for Île-de-France, managing 65 branches and 400 employees, and as Managing Director France Spring, overseeing 30 branches and the national P&L. Stéphanie also spent more than 13 years at Michael Page, where she held senior leadership positions in finance and human resources.
