With a passion for history, Céline Dirson started her career in the temporary employment and employment market in 2003, where she climbed the ladder, becoming sales representative and then agency manager. She thus developed a strong appetite for commerce and human relations, which gave her the opportunity in 2011 to join DERICHEBOURG Intérim et Recrutement.

Her first post was as Key Accounts Manager. In 2013 she became Regional Manager and then in 2017 operations Manager France. She took over executive management in 2019 and continued the growth of the subsidiary.
